Convert CSV to PDF: a clean, printable table

Turn raw .csv data into a tidy, printable PDF table, handy for sharing a dataset with someone who doesn't want a spreadsheet. pdfcosmos renders it entirely in your browser, so your data never leaves your device.

Your CSV is drawn as a bordered table with every column scaled to fit the page width. Pick A4 or Letter and portrait, landscape, or Auto for wide tables. Standard comma-separated files work, including quoted values with commas or line breaks. Convert up to 30 files at once. Each page is placed as an image, so the layout stays exact.

Frequently asked questions

Are my CSV files uploaded to a server?
No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser. Your files never leave your device. You can confirm it in your browser's Network tab: no file data is sent.
Will the table look neat in the PDF?
Yes. The CSV is drawn as a bordered table with all columns scaled to fit the page width. It's a best-effort rendering: very wide tables (many columns) are shrunk to fit, so their text can look small.
Can I select or search the text in the PDF?
Not in this version. Each page is placed as a high-resolution image, so the PDF looks like your table but the text isn't selectable. This keeps the conversion fully private and in your browser.
What delimiters are supported?
Standard comma-separated files, including quoted values that contain commas or line breaks. Files exported from Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, and most data tools work.
Can I convert several files at once?
Yes, up to 30 CSV files per batch. With one file you get a PDF straight away. With more than one, the PDFs are zipped into a single download.
