Scan documents to PDF, free, in your browser
Turn paper into a clean PDF with your phone: photograph each page, crop and straighten it, and combine the pages into one document you can email or print. Scan to PDF runs entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded, so private paperwork stays private.
Trim each page with a familiar crop box (resize from any corner or pull in a single edge), and for photos taken at an angle, switch on Straighten corners to flatten the page square, with an optional high-contrast grayscale look that reads like a real scan. No camera? Choose photos you already took and Scan to PDF crops and combines them the same way.
-
Camera or photo picker
Capture pages live, or select images you already have. Both feed the same crop-and-combine flow.
-
Crop and straighten
A familiar 8-handle crop box, plus a Straighten-corners mode that deskews angled photos like a scanner app.
-
Nothing is uploaded
Frames go from the camera to a PDF entirely in your browser and are never sent to a server.
-
One PDF, or a ZIP
Up to 50 pages combined into a single PDF, or one PDF per page downloaded together as a ZIP.
How to scan a document to PDF
-
Open the camera or choose photos
Tap “Use camera” to photograph a page with your phone, or “Choose photos” to pick pictures you already took. On a device without a camera, the photo picker is used automatically.
-
Crop and straighten
Drag the crop box (or any of its eight handles) around the part to keep. Corners resize it, edge handles pull in one side. For a photo taken at an angle, switch on “Straighten corners” and place the four corners on the document. You can also rotate the photo or apply a grayscale “document” look.
-
Add pages and create the PDF
Add each page to the list, reorder or remove any you don’t want, then click “Create PDF” to combine them. Everything happens in your browser.
