How to convert JPG to PDF

  1. Add your images

    Click “Add images”, or drag JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, GIF, BMP, or AVIF files into the upload area. Add as many as you like.

  2. Arrange and adjust

    Drag the cards to set the page order, rotate any image, and choose the page size, orientation, and margin.

    Click “Create PDF” to combine your images into one PDF, then download it. Everything happens in your browser.

Frequently asked questions

Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Images are converted entirely in your browser using pdf-lib. They never leave your device. You can confirm it by opening your browser's Network tab while converting: no image data is sent.
Which image formats can I convert?
JPG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF, WebP, GIF, BMP, and AVIF. JPG and PNG are placed directly. The others (including HEIC from iPhones) are decoded in your browser first. Animated GIFs use their first frame, since a PDF page is static. To convert only HEIC photos, there's also a dedicated HEIC to PDF tool.
Can I choose the order of the images?
Yes. Drag the cards to reorder them (or use the up/down buttons). The images become pages in the exact order shown, and each image is one page.
Can I rotate an image before converting?
Yes. Each image card has a rotate button that turns it 90° clockwise. Tap it again for 180° or 270°. The chosen rotation is baked into that image's PDF page.
Can I set the page size and margins?
Yes. Choose “Fit to image” to make each page exactly its image's size, or A4 / US Letter with an orientation and margin. On a fixed size, each image is scaled to fit and centered.
Is there a limit on how many images or their size?
You can convert up to 50 images at once. For speed and reliability across devices, each image should be under 100 MB and the total under 300 MB. Larger files are skipped with a clear message.
Is Image to PDF free?
Yes, it's completely free to use, with no sign-up and nothing to install.
