Organize PDF pages visually: reorder, rotate, delete

See every page of your PDF as a thumbnail in one grid, then drag them into the order you want, spin any page the right way up, and drop the ones you don't need. pdfcosmos does it all in your browser, so your document never leaves your device.

Add several PDFs and their pages appear together in the same grid (each labelled with its source), so you can reorder, rotate, and remove pages across files, then download one combined PDF. Handle up to 200 pages across up to 30 files. The pages you keep are copied untouched, so there's no loss of quality.

  • Everything in one visual grid

  • Works across multiple PDFs

  • No quality loss

Kept pages are copied as-is, so their content stays exactly the same.

  • Nothing is uploaded

Every change happens in your browser. Your files never leave your device.

Frequently asked questions

Are my PDF files uploaded to a server?
No. Reordering, rotating, and removing pages all happen in your browser using WebAssembly. Your file never leaves your device. You can confirm it in your browser's Network tab.
How do I reorder the pages?
Drag a page to where you want it, or use the ◀ and ▶ arrows on each page (they're keyboard-friendly too). The number badge on each page shows its new position, and updates as you go.
Can I organize more than one PDF at once?
Yes. Add several PDFs and every page from all of them appears in one grid (each page is labelled with its source file). Reorder, rotate, and remove pages freely across files, then download a single combined PDF.
Can I rotate or delete pages as well?
Yes. Each page has a rotate button (90° at a time) and a remove (✕) button. You can reorder, rotate, and delete in any combination. At least one page has to remain.
Is there a limit on the number of pages?
Because every page is rendered and processed in your browser, Organize Pages supports up to 200 pages in total (across all the files you add), and up to 30 files. For larger documents, use Split PDF or Delete Pages.
Will the page quality change?
No. Organizing only copies the pages you keep into the new order. Their content is untouched, so there's no loss of quality.
Is Organize Pages free?
Yes, it's completely free to use.
