Convert WebP to PDF, free, in your browser

WebP is Google's modern image format, small and sharp, and what many sites hand you when you save a picture. The catch is that plenty of apps still can't open a .webp, so turning it into a PDF makes it easy to view and share anywhere. pdfcosmos converts it entirely on your device.

Your browser decodes each WebP and it's placed into the PDF locally. Nothing is uploaded. Add up to 50 images, drag them into the order you want, and pick Fit to image or A4 / US Letter with an orientation and margin. Any transparent areas sit on the page's solid white background.

  • Nothing is uploaded

Your browser decodes and converts the images locally. No data leaves your device.

Frequently asked questions

Are my WebP files uploaded to a server?
No. Your images are decoded and converted entirely in your browser. They never leave your device. You can confirm it by opening your browser's Network tab while converting: no image data is sent.
What is a WebP file?
WebP is a modern image format from Google that keeps good quality at a small file size, common for images saved from the web. Some apps don't open it, so converting to PDF makes it easy to view and share anywhere.
Can I combine several WebP images into one PDF?
Yes. Up to 50 WebP files in one go. Each becomes its own page, following the order in the queue (drag the cards or use the arrows to rearrange), and by default the result arrives as one combined PDF — or, with two or more files, switch the “Multiple files” option to a separate PDF for each, bundled together as a ZIP.
What happens to transparent WebPs?
PDF pages have a solid background, so any transparent areas of a WebP show as white on the page. The visible parts of your image are kept as they are.
Can I set the page size and margins?
Yes. “Fit to image” sizes every page to match its WebP exactly, while A4 / US Letter give you a standard page with your chosen orientation and margin. The image is centered and shrunk to fit inside it.
Is WebP to PDF free?
Yes, it's completely free to use, with no sign-up and nothing to install.
