Convert EML to PDF: email archiving, fully private

Turn .eml email files into clean PDFs for archiving, sharing, or legal records. pdfcosmos parses and renders each email entirely in your browser, so sensitive correspondence never leaves your device.

Each PDF shows the key headers (From/To/Subject/Date) and the message body. HTML emails are rendered as readable text with remote content stripped (nothing is fetched), so tracking pixels don't fire and your device stays private.

  • Header block + body

From, To, Cc, Subject, Date, then the message content.

  • No tracking pixels

Remote images aren't loaded. Nothing is fetched.

  • Private by design

Parsed and rendered in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

  • Batch to one ZIP

Convert up to 30 emails at once. Several download together as a ZIP.

How to convert EML to PDF

  1. Add your email files

Drop one (or up to 30) .eml files into the upload area.

  2. Pick page size

Choose A4 or US Letter. The email's headers and body are laid out for you.

  3. Convert & download

Click “Convert to PDF”. Each email is rendered in your browser (a ZIP for several).

Frequently asked questions

Are my emails uploaded to a server?
No. The email is parsed and rendered entirely in your browser. It never leaves your device. You can confirm it in your browser's Network tab: no data is sent. This matters for email archiving (legal, HR, personal records).
What's included in the PDF?
A header block (From, To, Cc, Subject, Date) followed by the message body. HTML emails are rendered as clean, readable text. Plain-text emails are shown as-is.
Are remote images in the email loaded?
No. To keep everything private, the email's HTML is sanitised and nothing is fetched from the internet. Remote images (often tracking pixels) are not downloaded and appear as their alt text.
Does it support Outlook .msg files?
No. .msg is a different, binary format. Save or export the message as .eml first (most mail apps can), then convert it here.
Can I convert several emails at once?
Yes. Add up to 30 .eml files. One downloads as a PDF, and two or more download together as a single ZIP.
Is EML to PDF free?
Yes, it's completely free to use, with no sign-up and nothing to install.
